Job Description

Key Responsibilities (for all 3 roles) Lead and drive Oracle Fusion implementation projects for respective modules (PIM/PDH/PLM). Understand and gather complex business requirements; convert them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules to meet business needs. Perform solution design, data migration, integration, testing, and user training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations. Create detailed design documentation, functional specs, and process flows. Support post-implementation activities and troubleshoot system issues. Required Skills 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PIM, PDH, or PLM. Strong implementation experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion projects. Expertise in module-specific configuration, data model, and integrations. Solid understanding of item lifecycle, product structures, catalog management, and governance. Experience working with tools like ADFdi, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Oracle Certifications (Fusion PIM/PDH/PLM). Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
