Job Overview:

Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support Oracle Fusion
Procure-to-Pay modules
, including
Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Payables
.
Configure and maintain the Fusion P2P application, ensuring system integrity and efficiency.
Serve as the
first point of contact
for issues related to P2P modules; triage, diagnose, and resolve or escalate as needed.
Collaborate with the Application Manager and implementation team on
support, configuration, and enhancements
.
Monitor, prioritize, and route
incoming requests or issues effectively, using incident management best practices.
Provide
technical expertise
in system improvements, process enhancements, and configuration optimization.
Develop and maintain
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
for support and issue resolution processes.
Track and report
issue trends
, identifying opportunities for proactive improvements.
Ensure adherence to procurement and payment best practices and policies.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years
of experience with
Oracle Fusion Applications
, specifically within the
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
domain.
Proven experience in
configuration and maintenance
of Oracle Fusion ERP.
Strong understanding of
procurement processes
,
supplier relationship management
, and
accounts payable workflows
.
Experience in issue triage, resolution, and
end-user support
.
Excellent communication and
cross-functional collaboration
skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integration with other ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Inventory).
Experience with
reporting tools
and
dashboard creation
within Fusion.
Familiarity with
ITIL-based
service management practices.
