You are a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant with over 8 years of experience, seeking to join a team in a remote working setup. Your primary role will involve implementing, customizing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions to drive the success of incentive compensation programs for clients and help them achieve their business objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, implementation, and configuration of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand compensation models, translate requirements into technical solutions, configure and manage compensation plans, rules, and workflows, and conduct end-to-end testing to ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will provide expertise on compensation data management, processing, reporting, and optimize the system for efficient performance. Integrating with other Oracle Fusion applications, providing end-user training, troubleshooting complex issues, and documenting technical specifications will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation implementations, with a deep understanding of its features, administration, and reporting. You should be proficient in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting incentive compensation solutions within the Oracle Fusion suite, with expertise in integrating them with other Oracle and third-party systems. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, will be essential for success. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Preferred skills for this role include Oracle Cloud Certification in Incentive Compensation, knowledge of Oracle HCM and ERP modules for compensation-related integrations, and familiarity with incentive compensation reporting tools and dashboards.,
