An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects 5+ years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation cycles
.Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, and go-live support.Handle business process mapping
, gap analysis, functional documentation, and UAT.Configure and support multiple HCM modules (listed below).Provide HR teams with process optimization and quarterly update guidance.Technical Responsibilities
Develop and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, Integrations (OIC), OTBI & BI Publisher reports
.Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs
, extensions, and technical interfaces.Perform data migration activities and support conversion cycles.Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Techno-Functional Responsibilities
Combine functional design and technical build expertise for end-to-end solution delivery.Configure modules and also build related extracts, reports, and integrations.Support cross-module dependencies and end-to-end HR process flows.Oracle Fusion HCM Modules (Experience Across Any Combination Is Welcome)
