Job Description

As a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Expert specializing in Recruitment & Compensation & Benefits, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, primarily focusing on Recruitment (Taleo/ORC) and Compensation & Benefits. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and delivering end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules with a primary focus on Recruitment (Taleo/ORC) and Compensation & Benefits. - Providing post-go-live support and enhancements to ensure smooth business operations for global customers. - Working closely with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable functional solutions. - Configuring, testing, and deploying Oracle Fusion HCM solutions while adhering to best practices. - Collaborating with technical teams for custom reports, integrations, and extensions. - Conducting functional workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for clients. - Preparing detailed functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs. - Providing L2/L3 support for global clients, handling complex incidents, change requests, and system optimization. - Ensuring compliance with regional HR regulations, especially in the USA and Canada. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of professional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with strong expertise in Recruitment (ORC) and Compensation & Benefits (C&B). - Proven experience in at least 34 end-to-end implementations and multiple support/upgrade projects. - Strong understanding of global HR processes, particularly for clients in the USA and Canada. - Ability to work in global delivery models, collaborating with cross-cultural and distributed teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering business value. Preferred skills for this role include: - Oracle Fusion HCM certifications in Recruitment and/or Compensation. - Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional testing. - Familiarity with compliance requirements in USA/Canada HR regulations (EEO, FLSA, ACA, etc.). This position is open to candidates in India with a willingness to provide a partial overlap with US time zones (About 3 to 4 hours).
