About Position: Implement and configure Fusion HCM modules (Time & Absence, Core HR, Benefits, Profile) based on requirements. Develop customizations, extensions, and integrations using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies. Provide technical expertise in areas such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI reports. Mange to handle changes at enterprise level to take care of overall impact. Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Oracle Cloud Implementation and support specialist on Core-HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor. Build Custom Security to HCM Cloud which includes Create/Modify Data roles and its Security Profiles, Job Roles, Application Roles and Duty Roles. End to End implementations from High level Analysis till Go-Live and Support. Developing Analysis Report, Dashboards.
