Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 2 - 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients.
Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM.
Develop and deliver training programs to clients on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and functionalities.
Experience working with clients across various industries, including IT Services & Consulting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects from start to finish.
