Job Description

Responsibilities:

Independently configure, implement, and provide solutions across multiple financial modules
Handle complex requirements, provide feasible workarounds, and design innovative solutions
Collaborate with technical teams for customization and integration development
Conduct data migrations from legacy systems, design and test integrations and flows
Map business requirements to system functionalities and create design documents and functional specification documents
Articulate solutions in business language for client alignment and closure
Prepare and manage documentation including BRD, FSD, Test Scripts, User Manuals, and Training Guides
Understand P2P and O2C cycles and their impact on financial modules
Perform testing activities and train internal or client teams
Work from offshore on functional tracks for client implementations/support
Interact with onshore teams and client business as needed
Work in shifts on a rotational basis if required
Lead finance tracks fully for projects and contribute to COE initiatives
