Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Integrations Developer with expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and

Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to design, build, and support integration flows.

This is a part-time offshore role (20 hours per week) for 3 months, with required

availability during US time zones to collaborate with onshore and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure integration flows between Oracle Fusion ERP and OTM using

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware.

• Implement and support the following integration scenarios: Suppliers/Customer

Locations, Items/Packaged Items, Service Provider/Carrier details, Planned Shipments

(OTM to Fusion ERP including Non-WMS sites).

• Build, test, and deploy mappings, transformations, and orchestrations.
• Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON, FBDI, and BIP reports.
• Ensure integration error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms are in place.
• Prepare technical documentation, mapping specifications, and deployment guides.
• Support testing cycles (SIT and UAT) on a part-time allocation.

Expected Deliverables (Within 6 Months, 15-20 hrs/week)

• Design & Development: Complete build of all 4-5 planned integration flows

(Suppliers/Customers, Items, Carriers, Planned Shipments).

• Testing & Validation: Unit-tested and system-tested integrations with documented

results; fixes for defects identified during SIT/UAT.

• Documentation: Technical design and mapping specifications for each integration;

deployment guide and support documents.

• Stabilization: Monitoring setup and knowledge transfer to client/onshore team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on integration development with Oracle Fusion ERP and OTM.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite.
• Solid understanding of Fusion ERP Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory,

Order Management) and OTM modules.

• Proven experience in REST/SOAP integrations, FBDI templates, BIP-based extracts.
• Proficiency in data transformations (XSLT, XQuery, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for integration flows.
• Experience working in offshore delivery models with distributed teams.
• Availability to work in partial overlap with US time zones.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of WMS and OTM integration flows.
• Experience with carrier management, logistics execution, and transportation

planning.

• Familiarity with performance optimization and monitoring tools.
