Primary Key skills :

• In-depth understanding of Business Functional processes
• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Oracle Database, SQL/PL-SQL
• Reasonable experience to use tools like Toad, SQL Navigator, SQL Plus

Secondary Skills :

• Any other RDBMS like Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL

Knowledge and Competence :

• Deliver the Cloud HCM Solution. Being both an advisor but also a visionary in the delivery of the HCM Cloud Solution

JD :-

Role Objective

The purpose of this role is to Assist in design, demonstrate, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM modules according to the business requirements. Write business requirement documents and other functional related documentations. Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.

• Working with client to deliver the Cloud HCM Solution. Being both an advisor but also a visionary in the delivery of the HCM Cloud Solution.
• Presenting both the benefits, but also the change management required to fully realize the capability of the solution.
• Overall, 8 to 15 years of experience as HCM consultant in the Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Project.
• Candidate must have a minimum of two to three end-to-end project implementation experiences.
• Candidate must be a subject matter expert on HCM modules such as Core HR (Absence Management, Securities Management, ESS, MSS), Workforce

Principal Accountabilities

• Wider experience of HR processes from a business context.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, BI Publisher Reporting and OTBI reporting.
• Candidate must be able to recommend best practices to clients.
• Candidate should be independently able to meet with the customer and understand their requirements and policies.
• Can accurately estimate the time necessary for the delivery of work.
• Must have agile awareness and should be able to execute the ceremonies.
• Candidate should have excellent Team Management, Communication, and customer interaction skills.
• Candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate should be able to conduct workshops for system demonstrations, training, and testing.
• Be able to work well as part of a mixed team including Functional Consultants, Project Managers and Technical Consultants (both on and offshore).
• Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability.
