Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Plugin Developer

You will be working as a Certified Oracle Field Service Cloud Developer at NCR Atleos, a company dedicated to expanding financial access and improving operational efficiency for financial institutions and retailers globally. Your main responsibilities will include: - Gathering business requirements and conducting fit gap analysis for design purposes. - Collaborating with IT/business and development teams. - Providing Cloud functional application guidance to the team on best practices during implementation. - Configuring, integrating, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle Field Service Cloud features to meet business needs. - Demonstrating expertise in various areas of Oracle Field Service, such as Environment Setup, System Administration, Capacity Configuration, Collaboration Group setup, Message scenario configuration, Activity filter setup, Plug-In development, Routing Automation, Capacity/Quota Management, Analytics/Dashboard, and Integration with various applications. You should have experience in: - Integrating OFSC with OSvC, OEC, OAC, BI, HCM, Mobile apps, ERP, CRM, DocuSign, or Third-party apps. - Managing service requests effectively and coordinating with Oracle Cloud Support. - Setting up Github Pipelines for automated deployment to Externally Hosted and OFS hosted plugins. - Utilizing extensive Java script or Type Script experience with industry best practices.
