Oracle ERP Technical Consultant

As an Oracle ERP Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ERP data archival solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and extract necessary details from ERP systems. Your role will involve participating in the full software development lifecycle of ERP projects, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. You will be expected to perform system integration testing, data reconciliation, and provide UAT support. Database management tasks will include writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Additionally, you will develop stored procedures, triggers, and scripts using Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server T-SQL. Data transformation and performance tuning will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities, including resolving data extraction issues and optimizing query performance. Your role will also involve the extraction of supporting documents, conducting user training sessions, and providing ongoing technical and functional support. You will be required to maintain documentation for archival solution design, extraction processes, and user manuals. In terms of technical skills, you should have proficiency in an ERP system such as Oracle EBS, Dynamics, NetSuite, or Infor. Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL is essential, along with knowledge of languages like Python. Strong understanding of relational databases, database design, optimization, ERP integration tools, and APIs is required. Functional skills will include a solid understanding of business processes like finance and media processes, experience in configuring and customizing ERP modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additional skills such as problem-solving, analytical skills, communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge of reporting and BI tools like Power BI would be beneficial. Experience with scripting languages or middleware tools is considered a plus. A must-have skill for this role is hands-on experience using ERP data archival solutions. The position is based in Bangalore, Pune, Noida, or Gurgaon, and the mode of work is hybrid. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.,
