Position Summary:

Senior Oracle EPM Consultant

client-facing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  end-to-end implementation

  of Oracle

  Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS)

  including:
• Requirements gathering
  
• Solution design and architecture
  
• System configuration
  
• Test case development and execution
  
• Deployment and post-go-live support
  
• Collaborate with finance and tax stakeholders to define consolidated tax provision and reporting requirements.
  
• Configure and maintain:
  
• TRCS dimensions, metadata, business rules, calculations
  
• Forms, dashboards, task lists, and security models
  
• Data integration using Data Management or other ETL tools
  
• Integrate TRCS with other Oracle EPM Cloud modules (e.g.,

  FCCS

  ,

  ARCS

  ,

  Planning

  ) and ERP systems such as

  Oracle Fusion

  ,

  SAP

  , etc.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  
• Conduct user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to business and technical teams.
  
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and support teams.
  
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle EPM Cloud quarterly updates, specifically features impacting TRCS.
  
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including functional specs, test scripts, user guides, and configuration details.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in

  Finance

  ,

  Accounting

  ,

  Information Systems

  , or a related field.

• 5+ years

  of overall experience in

  Oracle EPM Cloud

  , with at least

  2–3 years focused on TRCS

  implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of:
  
• Tax provisioning and income tax reporting processes
  
• TRCS architecture, workflows, and reporting models
  
• Business rules, calculation scripts, and automation techniques
  
• Experience with integrating EPM Cloud with ERP systems and other data sources.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Proven experience in leading client workshops, managing implementation cycles, and delivering solutions in a consulting environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as

  CPA

  ,

  CMA

  , or equivalent are a strong advantage.
• Oracle EPM Cloud Certifications (particularly TRCS or EPM Enterprise Suite).
  
• Exposure to additional Oracle EPM modules such as

  FCCS

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like
