Role Overview: As a Marketing Campaign Manager, your role will involve applying marketing principles and campaign strategies to effectively manage audience segmentation. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into targeted audience segments. Your communication skills will be crucial as you interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. It is essential to adhere to industry standards for data handling, including PII data storage, transfer, and disposal procedures. You will utilize either Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for segment creation, PII data handling compliance, and data governance, or Adobe Campaign Classic for audience segmentation, audience enrichment, and data handling processes. Key Responsibilities: - Apply marketing principles and campaign strategies to manage audience segmentation effectively. - Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into audience segments. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Adhere to industry standards for data handling, including PII data storage, transfer, and disposal procedures. - Utilize AEP for segment creation, PII data handling compliance, and data governance or use Adobe Campaign Classic for audience segmentation, audience enrichment, and data handling processes. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in marketing principles and campaign strategies. - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with PII data storage, transfer, and disposal procedures. - Experience in and working knowledge of either AEP (with skills in segment creation, PII data handling compliance, and data governance) or Adobe Campaign Classic (with skills in audience segmentation, audience enrichment, and data handling). In addition to the mandatory qualifications, the following skills would be beneficial: - Experience with Lead nurture workstreams. - Experience with data modeling and creation of audience cohorts to optimize reach. - Experience with importing audiences or connecting to external systems through APIs (such as Postman). - Working knowledge of JavaScript. - Experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including the use of journeys v/s campaigns, journey orchestration, defining triggers and actions, and working with Custom actions.,
