As a Senior Audience Specialist, you will collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into audience segments. You will work closely with data analysts to analyze data quality and accuracy, ensuring its usability for segmentation purposes. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential. You will adhere to industry standards for data handling, including PII data storage, transfer, and disposal procedures. Utilizing AEP for segment creation, PII data handling compliance, and data governance will be a key responsibility. Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic for audience segmentation, audience enrichment, data handling, sideload processes, and creating complex multi-channel workflows is required. Collaboration with other teams to manage the full Marketing to Sales funnel for Prospect/Growth audiences is expected if you have the relevant experience. Importing audiences or connecting to external systems through APIs such as Postman is also a part of the role for experienced professionals. Your role will involve utilizing your proficiency in marketing principles and campaign strategies, as well as working closely with Data Analysts. Familiarity with PII data storage, transfer, and disposal procedures, experience in and working knowledge of AEP and Adobe Campaign Classic, and the ability to create complex multi-channel workflows will be essential for success in this position. In this role, you will need to have experience with Lead nurture workstreams, data modelling, and the creation of audience cohorts to optimize reach. Experience with importing audiences or connecting to external systems through APIs (such as Postman), working knowledge of JavaScript, and experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer are also important. This includes using journeys versus campaigns, journey orchestration, defining triggers and actions, and working with Custom actions.,
