* Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technology stack that includes Financial/SCM/HCM modules. * Excellent technical skills in Oracle Development Tools including PL/SQL, XML Reports, OAF, Work flow, Form Professionalization, etc. * Expertise in Oracle RDBMS, SQL, and performance tuning of complex queries and procedures . * Excellent experience in Data migration, conversion, and interfacing with third-party vendors. * Strong research skills to evaluate and recommend products, upgrades, and options . * Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals of varying degrees of technical knowledge, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users . * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred . * Oracle Fusion would be an added advantage.
