Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

You will be working as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant at Birlasoft, a global leader specializing in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies. With a consultative and design-thinking approach, you will play a key role in empowering societies worldwide by enhancing the efficiency and productivity of businesses. As part of the CKA Birla Group, you will be contributing to the Group's 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities alongside a team of 12,000+ professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to relate product functionality to business processes, providing implementation advice to customers on how to best meet their various business scenarios. The role will be based in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, or Chennai, requiring an educational background in BE/Btech. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing overall experience of 5 to 8 years with a minimum of 5 years in Oracle EBS R12 - Demonstrating expertise in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and OAF development - Having a good understanding of Oracle SCM, Financials, and Manufacturing - Handling 2 to 3 implementation projects across all phases and a minimum of 1 project within Application Support - Exhibiting strong consulting and communication skills Role/Expectations On Project: - Working as an individual contributor in the capacity of a technical consultant across implementation and support projects - Assisting project team members on critical business requirements and incident/problem ticket resolution - Understanding site-specific delta technical requirements - Module configuration, unit & integration testing, support system tests, and integration test (identified business scenarios) - Training the core team, CRP & UAT execution support - Interacting with users and managers for issue resolution - Technical design documentation - Adhering to project timelines and deliverables - Maintaining standards and procedures - Handholding functional development team wherever required - Developing non-linear technical solutions specific to EBS module functionality Role/Expectations Towards Competency: - Managing detailed training & documentation to build internal capability,
