Key Responsibilities

Work as a Technical/Functional Consultant for Oracle EBS SCM with strong expertise in
GTM
and
OTM
modules.
Support and enhance logistics and supply chain functionalities, ensuring seamless integration between GTM, OTM, and other SCM modules.
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
Perform configurations, setups, testing, and provide end-user support for GTM & OTM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in service, logistics, procurement, and order management processes.
Handle incidents, change requests, and production support for SCM and logistics operations.
Prepare documentation including MD50/MD70, BR100, test scripts, and training materials.
Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize trade compliance and transportation processes.
