Oracle EBS Project Manager

NTT DATA is looking for an Oracle EBS Project Manager to join the team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Oracle EBS Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing Oracle EBS engagements with at least 15 years of experience in project management. Your role will involve managing Oracle Support Engagements, Transition Activities, Shadow Phase, and Steady State. You should be an expert in providing Oracle EBS suite solutions and guiding the team towards successful outcomes. In this role, you will be expected to lead the team effectively, report status updates, manage SLA obligations, generate metrics, follow incident management and triage processes, handle client escalations, and set and manage client expectations. Additionally, you should be capable of preparing and presenting status reports for WSR, MSR, and QBR meetings.
