Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) Techno-Functional Senior Analyst

As a member of the Support organization, your role is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for their needs. Your responsibilities include addressing non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, as well as handling technical questions related to Electronic Support Services. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, nurturing relationships with them and offering guidance to both customers and internal Oracle employees on various customer situations and escalated issues. In the position of Principal Support Engineer, you will deliver strategic technical support to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on leveraging automated technology and tools to diagnose, document, and resolve customer issues efficiently. As an expert member of the technical problem-solving team, you will be frequently called upon to address highly complex and critical customer issues, sometimes requiring on-site visits to deliver services. You will play a crucial role as a leading contributor, both individually and as part of a team, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues. The work you will be involved in is non-routine and highly complex, requiring the application of advanced technical and business skills in your area of specialization. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience with Core products or 8 years of experience with Applications products. A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Chemistry with a GPA of 3.0 is required. Alternatively, for Applications products, you can demonstrate professional and technical expertise in Oracle Applications at both functional and technical levels.
