Responsibilities: 1. Conduct inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to uphold established quality standards. 2. Implement corrective actions to enhance compliance with quality standards. 3. Approve conforming products and reject defective ones. 4. Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Operations Manager. 5. Provide support for production planning activities. 6. Collaborate with the Purchase department for material procurement and ensure material quality. 7. Conduct quality audits as per the required schedule. 8. Assist and train operations employees to maintain quality standards as per set norms. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund, day shift schedule, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. As a member of the Support organization, your role is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for their needs.
