Skills required

Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (R12)
Strong domain knowledge in discrete or process manufacturing
Ability to configure modules and write functional documentation
Good understanding of planning and shop floor control processes

Essential qualifications

Implement and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules such as Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Engineering, and Quality.
Analyze business requirements and design scalable manufacturing process flows within Oracle EBS.
Perform gap analysis, create functional specifications, and work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
Support system testing, data migration, user training, and go-live activities.
Act as a liaison between business users and the implementation team for issue resolution and continuous improvements.
