Sr. UI Engineer

As an Angular UI Engineer at Cloudseed, you will be responsible for developing user interfaces using AngularJS and ensuring the performance and responsiveness of applications. You will work on creating custom Angular components, implementing complex AngularJS applications, and ensuring clear dependency chains in the app logic and file system. Additionally, you will provide SEO solutions for single-page apps and have extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for maintaining high performance. Key Responsibilities: - Create custom, reusable Angular components - Implement complex AngularJS applications, directives, controllers, and services - Ensure clear dependency chains in app logic and file system - Provide SEO solutions for single-page apps - Maintain performant visual effects and keep framerate above 30fps - Validate user actions on the client side and provide responsive feedback - Write non-blocking code and use advanced techniques when needed - Architect and automate build process for production - Document code inline using JSDoc or other conventions - Write extensive unit tests and e2e test suites for components - Collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrate strong communication skills - Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and communicate precisely Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar field - 5+ years of experience as an Angular developer - Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser-compatible code - Experience with JavaScript building tools like Gulp, Grunt, and UXPin Merge - Knowledge of UXPin, Figma, Sketch, InVision, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, and Material design standards - Ability to work with Prime and Bootstrap Angular components - Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, flexbox, CSS responsiveness, and CSS animations - Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine and test runner frameworks like Karma Cloudseed Technologies is a global IT services company with clients in the United States, South Africa, Mauritius, and the Middle East.
