We are seeking an experienced

Oracle EBS Specialist

with deep expertise in

IAM (Identity & Access Management)

and

OID (Oracle Internet Directory)

. The ideal candidate will also serve as a

Techno-Functional HRMS & Payroll Consultant

, with a strong focus on

production support

and hands-on capabilities in Oracle technologies.

Primary Skills Required

Oracle HRMS & Payroll Technical Consultant (Production Support experience mandatory)
Strong hands-on expertise in:

UK Payroll
Oracle HRMS
Self-Service HR (SSHR)
Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
WebADI
Oracle Application Framework (OAF)

Proficient in PL/SQL development
IAM and OID knowledge and implementation experience
Ability to work in a Techno-Functional role (80% Technical 20% Functional)

Good To Have

Prior experience in enterprise production environments
Understanding of Oracle security models and user access frameworks

Soft Skills

Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Effective collaboration with cross-functional and global teams
