  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS R12.2.7 HR Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle HRMS APIs, inbound and outbound interface development, and systems integration. The ideal candidate will support the design, development, and maintenance of technical solutions for HR modules and ensure seamless data flow between Oracle EBS and external systems.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop, customize, and maintain HRMS interfaces (inbound/outbound) and integrations with third-party systems.
  • • Leverage standard Oracle HR APIs for employees, assignment, position, job, and other core HR data processes.
  • • Work closely with functional HR teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • • Build and maintain PL/SQL procedures, concurrent programs, and BI/XML Publisher reports relevant to HR modules.
  • • Handle data conversions, mass uploads, and HR data corrections using Oracle-provided APIs and tools like Web ADI.
  • • Ensure compliance with Oracle standards and best practices for secure and efficient code.
  • • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR data interfaces and API failures.
  • • Participate in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades (R12.2.7), and support initiatives.
  • • Collaborate with middleware/integration teams for web services (REST/SOAP) where applicable.
  • • Create and maintain technical documentation including MD050, MD070, and test scripts.
  • Required Skills:
  • • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HR Technical Consultant.
  • • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x, specifically HRMS modules (Core HR, SSHR, Leaves, OTL, Payroll optional).
  • • Expertise in Oracle HR APIs (e.g., HR_EMPLOYEE_API, HR_ASSIGNMENT_API, HR_PERSON_API, etc.).
  • • Solid experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher
  • • Experience in developing and maintaining interfaces using APIs, Flat Files, Web Services, and DB links.
  • • Proficient in analyzing functional requirements and delivering technical design documents (MD070s).
  • • Familiarity with integration tools/middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, OIC, or similar) is a plus.
  • • Knowledge of Oracle Apps Architecture, FND tables, Workflows, and Concurrent Processing.
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction capabilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems
  • • Oracle HRMS Certification is a plus.
  • • Experience with personalization and OA Framework is a plus.
  • • Prior experience in upgrade or migration projects, especially to R12.2.7, is highly desirable.
