Job Title: Oracle EBS R12.2.7 HR Technical Consultant Location: [Remote] Job Type: [Fulltime] Experience: 5+ Years Domain: Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.7 – Human Resources (HRMS) Interested person can share the resume on Surjeet@mtktechnologies.com Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS R12.2.7 HR Technical Consultan t with deep expertise in Oracle HRMS API s, inbound and outbound interface developmen t, and systems integratio n. The ideal candidate will support the design, development, and maintenance of technical solutions for HR modules and ensure seamless data flow between Oracle EBS and external systems . Key Responsibilitie s:Develop, customize, and maintai n HRMS interfac es (inbound/outbound) an d integratio ns with third-party system Leverage standar d Oracle HR AP Is for employees, assignment, position, job, and other core HR data processes Work closely with functional HR teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Build and maintai n PL/SQL procedur es , concurrent progra ms, an d BI/XML Publisher repor ts relevant to HR modules Handl e data conversio ns, mass uploads, and HR data corrections using Oracle-provided APIs and tools like Web ADI Ensure compliance with Oracle standards and best practices for secure and efficient codes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR data interfaces and API failure Participate in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades (R12.2.7), and support initiatives Collaborate with middleware/integration teams for web services (REST/SOAP) where applicable. Create and maintain technical documentation including MD050, MD070, and test scripts Required Skills 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HR Technical Consultant. Strong hands-on experience wi th Oracle EBS R12. 2.x, specifically HRMS modules (Core HR, SSHR, Leaves, OTL, Payroll optional. Expertise in Oracle HR A PIs (e.g., HR_EMPLOYEE_API, HR_ASSIGNMENT_API, HR_PERSON_API, etc.) Solid experience wi th PL/ SQ L, Oracle Repo rt s, XML Publisher Experience in developing and maintaini ng interfaces using A PI s, Flat Fi le s, Web Servi ces, a nd DB li nks Proficient in analyzing functional requirements and delivering technical design documents (MD070s). Familiarity with integration tools/middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, OIC, or similar) is a plus. Knowledge of Oracle Apps Architect ur e, FND tab le s, Workfl ows, a nd Concurrent Processing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder interaction capabiliti es. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems Oracle HRMS Certification is a plus. Experience w ith personaliza tion and OA Frame work is a plus. Prior experience in upgrade or migration proj ects, especially to R12 .2.7, is highly desirable
