Skills required

Deep understanding of Oracle EBS HCM functional flows and technical architecture.
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, UNIX, and B2B integration technologies.
Strong written communication skills with emphasis on converting complex concepts into clear, user- endly guides.

Essential qualifications

Author and maintain high-quality technical content including user manuals, release notes, and functional process documentation for Oracle EBS HCM systems.
Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (Oracle Forms, SQL/PLSQL, UNIX, Sterling Integrator) to translate technical specifications into clear, consumable documentation.
Conduct manual/functional testing to ensure documentation accuracy, conforming to ISO and regulatory standards
