We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS SCM Functional Lead to provide ongoing support for our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platform. This role focuses on incident resolution, defect management, stabilization, and documentation, covering the Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and their integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as the SCM functional lead for Oracle EBS version 12.2.3, driving resolution of incidents and defects across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Planning, and Fulfillment/3PL modules. - Provide L2 and L3 support aligned with ITIL processes and integrated through ServiceNow.

-Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

-Troubleshoot complex integration issues between EBS and external systems (e.g., WMS, 3PL, Retail, eCommerce).

-Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, impact analysis etc.

-Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams to ensure seamless handoffs and SLA adherence.

-Provide support during peak business periods

-Document functional designs, test cases, SOPs, and RCA findings in alignment with operational excellence practices.

Mandatory Skills:
