Oracle Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize

  complex SQL queries

  , including advanced joins, sub-queries, and analytical functions.
• Design and implement

  stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages

   based on business requirements.
• Work on

  data transformation workflows

  , ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Perform

  performance tuning

  , query optimization, and troubleshooting of database processes.
• Analyze business logic and convert it into efficient database structures and processes.
• Collaborate with data analysts, application developers, and business teams to support end-to-end data solutions.
• Maintain documentation for database processes, schemas, and transformation logic.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise data standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

   as an Oracle Developer or Database Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of

  Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

   with expertise in writing complex and optimized queries.
• Hands-on experience in developing

  stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages

  .
• Solid understanding of

  data transformation

  , ETL concepts, and relational data modeling.
• Proven experience in

  performance tuning

  , query optimization, and debugging database code.
• Experience working with large datasets and high-volume database environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle performance tools (Explain Plan, SQL Trace, TKPROF).
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools or data engineering frameworks.
• Familiarity with banking/financial domain data (good to have).
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.
