Job Title: Oracle Pro*C Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

Shift Timing :- 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST

**Pro*C, Oracle, PL SQL, Linux is mandatory skills**

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize best practices for developing, testing, and deploying Pro*C code.
• Develop reusable functions and C based core libraries.
• Help build and foster an open standard approach to the development lifecycle.
• Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.
• Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient and is able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion.
• Must have a strong programming background authoring well-written, well documented, modular and unit tested clean code.
• Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage your projects from concept to production.
• Must be well able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multitask, and quickly adapt to change.
• Possess leadership skills and ability to be led in a manner that is healthy to our positive and productive work environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Education: bachelor's degree in computer science, or similar.
• Previous experience as an Oracle Pro*C developer in a high-volume transaction-based processing system.
• At least 10+ years of strong software engineering experience.
• 5 years of hands-on Linux scripting and administration or experience with managing middleware application technologies is required.
• At least 3 years of experience with deployment of enterprise scale software.
• Work closely with Development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile Scrum.
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub Enterprise and Jira/Confluence
