Responsibilities: Install, configure, and manage PostgreSQL databases (community and enterprise editions). Handle backup and recovery using pg_dump, pg_basebackup, and WAL archiving. Implement streaming replication and high availability using tools like Patroni, repmgr, or pgpool-II. Tune PostgreSQL performance through query optimization, indexing, and configuration parameters. Manage upgrades and patching with minimal downtime. Support migration of databases from Oracle to PostgreSQL (using tools like Ora2Pg or AWS DMS). Performance and tuning with good SQL skills
