Oracle CX PRM Lead

You are seeking a skilled PRM (Partner Relationship Management) Lead to join your team. As the PRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PRM solutions to enhance your business operations. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, developing technical specifications, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and robust PRM solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage business processes using BML and Groovy scripting. - Work with Oracle Cloud to set up and manage the PRM system. - Integrate the PRM system with other software and services using Java and REST APIs. - Identify and resolve issues in the PRM system using problem-solving skills. **Qualifications:** - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in BML Scripting: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with BML scripting. - Expertise in Groovy Scripting: Solid background in Groovy scripting for writing and managing scripts in the PRM system. - Oracle Cloud: Experience working with Oracle Cloud, the primary platform for the PRM system. **Preferred Skills:** - Java: Knowledge of Java programming language for backend development and integration tasks. - REST APIs: Familiarity with REST APIs for integrating the PRM system with other software and services. - SQL: Knowledge of SQL for managing and querying the database. - JavaScript: Understanding of JavaScript for frontend development tasks. - XML: Familiarity with XML for data exchange between different systems. - CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems for understanding business processes. - Agile Methodology: Knowledge of Agile methodology for managing the development process. - Project Management: Basic project management skills for managing tasks and deadlines. - Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving issues. - Communication: Good communication skills for coordinating with the team and stakeholders.,
