Job Description

Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to
Oracle CPQ implementation projects
, covering product configuration, pricing, commerce processes, and document generation.
Translate client requirements into technical and functional Oracle CPQ solutions.
Participate in or lead
2 or more end-to-end CPQ implementation cycles
.
Collaborate with
onshore and offshore teams
, ensuring efficient and quality delivery.
Configure and manage
ATO (Assemble-to-Order) / PTO (Pick-to-Order)
models and integration with ERP systems for order fulfillment.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand
business needs
, provide input on architecture, and suggest improvements.
Use tools and techniques to
analyze industry trends
, extract insights, and drive solution design.

Functional Skills

Deep knowledge of
Quote-to-Cash / CRM-to-ERP
integration cycles.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Product Configuration
,
Rules
,
Commerce Processes
, and
Pricing Setups
.
Advanced BML (Business Markup Language)
queries and formulas.
BOM
,
Price Books
,
Pricing Engines
,
Document Designer
, and
Reporting tools
.
Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with
Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), or other CRM platforms
.
Understanding of
ABO (Asset-Based Ordering)
functionality.
Strong communication skills for client interaction, requirement gathering, and documentation.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:
HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX
SOAP-based Web Services and API integrations
Ability to design scalable, maintainable Oracle CPQ solutions with robust logic and data models.
Familiarity with
ERP systems
(Oracle, SAP, etc.) and integration methods.
