Oracle CPQ -OM Analyst

As an IT Analyst at Copeland, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Order Management applications delivery solutions in a global environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting business users in Oracle CPQ/ EBS Application Suite R12.2.4 - Working with key business users to maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle CPQ and Order Management Application - Handling enhancements, governance, general support, and break-fix in the Oracle Order booking and shipping area - Collaborating with internal IT and business users to rectify Oracle functional issues and spec out requirements for business-requested enhancements As an IT Analyst, you will be required to: - Gather and analyze requirements for new applications or modifications to existing applications - Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain Oracle CPQ and Order Management modules - Conduct end-user training and triage support requests across Oracle applications - Address end-user issues and problems independently - Prepare MD050s and configurations sheets - Be available for occasional weekend and off-hours on-call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities - Participate in medium/large Oracle projects Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent - Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis utilizing the Oracle CPQ/ eBusiness systems or equivalent combination of education and experience - Proficiency in Oracle CPQ APIs, BML/BMQL for complex use cases - Experience with Javascript and CSS for BML UI and libraries - Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ product configuration, constraint rules, pricing rules, and discounting mechanisms - Knowledge of CPQ integration methodologies, including web services, REST APIs, and middleware platforms - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders - Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support global implementations Copeland is committed to sustainability and creating a better future through groundbreaking innovations in HVACR technology and cold chain solutions.
