Oracle CPQ Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Suavis, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Experience Practice and Digital Transformation team. Your primary responsibility will be to work on the Oracle CPQ platform, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Service functions to understand their business needs and translate them into effective system solutions. Your experience and leadership skills will be instrumental in shaping the team's direction and contributing to its growth. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Service functions to evaluate business needs and translate them into system solutions - Elicit user needs, build requirements, enhance existing processes, and deliver solutions based on the strategy - Maintain the CRM technical roadmap and envision commercial solutions - Utilize Oracle CPQ knowledge including administration, configuration, data tables, Product Configuration and rules, Commerce Document Engine, ABO, BOM, and Big Machines Language (BML) - Collaborate with Agile methodology management tools such as Jira and Confluence Qualifications Required: - 4 to 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role - Production experience with Oracle CPQ configuration and a strong CRM background - Experience with Oracle CPQ Implementation Certification (Preferable) - Strong knowledge of Agile methodology management tools like Jira and Confluence Suavis is a company that values leadership, innovation, and teamwork.
