Oracle CPQ Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at Suavis, you will be a key member of the Customer Experience Practice and Digital Transformation team. Your primary responsibility will be to work on the Oracle CPQ platform, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Service functions to understand their business needs and translate them into system solutions. You will play a crucial role in shaping the team's direction, leveraging your leadership skills and knowledge of the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Work as an Oracle CPQ Business Analyst within a dynamic team to design commercial solutions and maintain the CRM technical roadmap - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Service functions to evaluate business needs and translate them into system solutions - Elicit user needs, build requirements, enhance existing processes, and deliver solutions based on the strategy - Utilize your expertise in Oracle CPQ administration and configuration, data tables, Product Configuration and rules, Commerce Document Engine, ABO, BOM, and Big Machines Language (BML) - Have production experience with Oracle CPQ (formerly Bigmachines) configuration along with a strong CRM background - Familiarity with Agile methodology management tools such as Jira, Confluence Qualifications Required: - 4 to 7+ years of experience in a similar role - Production experience with Oracle CPQ configuration and a strong CRM background - Knowledge of Oracle CPQ administration and configuration, data tables, Product Configuration and rules, Commerce Document Engine, ABO, BOM, and Big Machines Language (BML) - Experience with Agile methodology management tools like Jira, Confluence - Highly desired: Oracle CPQ Implementation Certification (Note: Immediate Joiner) (Location: Kharadi, Pune) (Contact Suavis for Full Time Employment opportunities),
