Oracle Core - Technical Analyst

Job Description

Responsible for activities related to ERP systems, specifically focusing on Oracle Core components. Assist in implementing and supporting Oracle solutions, ensuring compliance with business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Participate in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing end-user support. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Engage in testing and validation of system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement within the Oracle system. Skill Set 1-3 years of experience in Oracle Core ERP systems, with a focus on technical analysis. Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Requirement & Qualification Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in ERP implementations or support. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
