Oracle Cloud WMS Functional Consultant

As an individual with a background in engineering or Bachelor of Science with a preference for an MBA in post-graduation from an accredited institution, you should have at least 8 years of experience in Oracle CLOUD WMS (Warehouse Management) module. This experience should include involvement in 3-4 end-to-end implementations and development projects. Additionally, you must possess a minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, specifically in creating Requirement Specifications, E2E solution designing, and strong Oracle CLOUD WMS Configuration/Set-up experience with functional knowledge. Your role would require you to have extensive experience in integrating CLOUD WMS with distribution modules such as OM, PO, Inventory, WIP, BOM manufacturing modules, and their functionalities. Your expertise should extend to writing functional specifications, test scripts, training manuals, configurations, and functionalities using methodologies like MD50, TE40, etc., following the OUM methodology. You should be capable of independently handling Functional spec schedules with clients, documenting minutes of meetings (MoM), MD50, and addressing any open questions that may arise. Collaboration with the development team during the CEMLI build phase and unit testing is a crucial aspect of this role. Your experience should also include customer-facing relationships for both project and sustain related functions. Good interpersonal skills are essential for effective coordination with onsite and offshore teams. A service-oriented attitude coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are prerequisites for this position. You should be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and maintain a high level of focus. Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle are expected, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with business leaders and offshore teams.,
