We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 56 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion applications, including development, customization, and integration of modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and reliable Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities 1.Oracle Fusion Application Development: * Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (Finance, HCM, SCM, etc.). * Customize reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS. * Implement extensions using Visual Builder (VBCS) and Application Composer. * Create and maintain technical documentation including MD50, MD70, and CV40. 2.Integration & Middleware: * Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and middleware tools. * Utilize FBDI and HDL for data import/export processes. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and data integrity. 3.System Performance & Technical Support: * Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion application performance. * Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and data security standards. Code Quality, Testing & Best Practices: * Follow coding standards and maintain reusable, efficient, and secure code. * Maintain version control using Git/GitLab. * Ensure quality through testing and review processes. 3.Agile Development & Collaboration: * Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. * Document technical solutions and contribute to team knowledge sharing. You should have 4-6 years of experience with strong functional knowledge of Oracle Apps R12 in modules such as AP, AR, GL, EBtax, FA, and FSG. It is essential to have experience in incident management, problem management, as well as BRD, MD50 & MD70 creation. Role & responsibilities Solution Delivery: Gather requirements, map to standard functionality, and configure WIP, BOM, Quality, and Inventory modules (BR100). Design Documentation: Produce/own MD50 (functional specs), conduct fitgap, and liaise with technical teams for RICEF objects. Testing & UAT: Build test scripts, manage unit/SIT cycles, and lead UAT signoff. Data Migration: Define mapping, coordinate data loads (open interfaces/API), reconcile, and validate results. Cutover & GoLive: Orchestrate readiness checklists, conversion rehearsals, and hypercare. User Enablement: Create training materials, run workshops, and provide postgolive support. Preferred candidate profile 8+ years as an Oracle Manufacturing functional consultant. 2+ fullcycle EBS/Cloud implementation projects (Manufacturing track owner). Deep handson expertise in WIP, BOM, Quality, Inventory setup, transactions, and extensions. Proven mastery of BR100, MD50, MD70 documentation and AIM/OUM standards. Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting. Strong clientfacing, requirementanalysis, and issueresolution abilities. Nice to Have Exposure to Cost Management .

You should have extensive experience and expertise in Oracle APPS Techno-Functional knowledge, specifically in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules such as Purchasing, iSupplier Portal, iProcurment, OSP, Inventory, OM, ASCP, etc. Additionally, you should be well-versed in EDI Integrations, Coupa, and SupplyON tools. Your role will also involve managing and participating in UAT, conducting gap analysis of Business scenarios/flows, ensuring that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled. Implementation and deployment of projects within scheduled deadlines, as well as extending post-implementation and maintenance support to end-users, will be part of your responsibilities.
