Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Lead (Offshore Delivery)

You are an experienced Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Lead with the ability to independently drive customer engagements, design scalable solutions, and deliver implementations entirely from offshore. Your role as a highly skilled consultant involves conducting requirement-gathering sessions, leading end-to-end implementations, and providing expert guidance on best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and execute Oracle Cloud Subscription Management implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment. - Conduct business requirement workshops directly with customers from offshore to ensure a deep understanding of their needs. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. - Provide guidance on business process improvements, troubleshoot system issues, and develop test plans. - Create documentation, training materials, and deliver user training sessions for seamless adoption. - Support post-go-live activities, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements. - Stay updated with Oracle Cloud Subscription Management enhancements and recommend optimizations. - Coordinate with offshore teams for project deliverables throughout different implementation phases. **Required Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in implementing/supporting Oracle ERP Applications. - At least 2 Oracle Cloud Subscription Management implementations as a lead functional consultant or Architect. - Excellent functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Pricing and Installed Base, CPQ, and Order Management Cloud. - Good knowledge of SaaS Extensions, integrations with other modules, Oracle Finance modules, and REST APIs. - Experience with data conversions, interfaces, and reporting. - Strong consulting experience, business analytical skills, and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills. **Why Join Us ** - Opportunity to lead and drive Oracle Cloud Subscription Management engagements independently. - Work on cutting-edge Oracle Cloud implementations with global clients. - Be part of a high-performing and collaborative team. - Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities.
