Role Overview: Rapidflow Inc. is seeking a Cloud SCM Functional Consultant/Sr. Consultant/Lead Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing Oracle SCM Cloud expertise and functional guidance to clients. Your role will involve consulting, gathering business requirements, determining project scope, and ensuring client expectations are met. This is a fulltime and permanent position based in Noida, Bangalore, or Remote. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud to consult with clients, gather business requirements, and define project scope. - Lead multiple Oracle Cloud implementations, providing functional design documents, and configuration support. - Manage multiple delivery engagements, assess client needs, and deliver new functional developments. - Write business requirement documents and other functional-related documentations. - Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions to ensure project success. - Lead clients throughout implementation and support phases, responding promptly to queries and concerns. - Independently work with customers to deliver solutions using Oracle Cloud SCM products, with module exposure in Order Management, Inventory, Costing, and Warehouse Management Systems. - Any Manufacturing domain experience will be considered a plus. - Oracle cloud certification in any relevant module will also be advantageous. - Provide leadership to a team, offering insights on industry trends and go-to-market solutions. Qualifications Required: - 5-12 years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, with a focus on functional expertise. - Quick joiners preferred, able to start within 2-3 weeks of notice. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Relevant Oracle cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
