Job Title: Oracle Cloud Supply Planning & Demand Planning Consultant Functional/ Technofunctional

Experience: 6 to 15 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply & Demand Planning Consultant (Functional or Techno-Functional) to support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities in Oracle Cloud SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in supply chain planning and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Planning and Demand Management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support Oracle Cloud Supply & Demand Planning module implementations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle SCM Cloud Planning modules.
Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle Cloud Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and related modules.
Perform system configurations, conduct functional testing, support UAT, and provide go-live/post-go-live support.
Work on integrations with upstream and downstream systems (such as Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing).
Analyze and resolve issues in Oracle Cloud SCM Planning modules in a timely manner.
Create functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.
Provide training and documentation to end users as needed.

Required Skills:

6–15 years of overall experience, with at least 2+ full-cycle implementations in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning.
Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes (forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, etc.).
Hands-on experience in configuration and setup of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud modules.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system solutions.
Exposure to FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
Good understanding of technical components like SQL queries, data flows, and integrations (for techno-functional profiles).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
