We are looking for a skilled BRM Production Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and support our Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) systems in a 24x7 production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, solid BRM knowledge, and experience in telecom billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Oracle BRM and associated systems (e.g., PCM, Pipeline, ECE, PDC).
• Monitor daily batch processes, real-time rating, and billing cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performance issues, and system failures.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure system stability and SLA compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document resolutions for recurring issues.
• Participate in deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes with minimal downtime.
• Generate and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Handle on-call support as per rotation schedule.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle BRM (7.5 or above), including Pipeline, ECE, and PDC.
• Strong UNIX/Linux skills with scripting (Shell, Perl, or Python).
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk, Grafana) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Familiarity with telecom BSS/OSS domain and billing lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-hosted BRM environments (OCI, AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with CRM or mediation platforms.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
