Oracle BRM Architect

As an experienced BRM Developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a lead role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining OBRM and its processes. This includes monitoring system health and performance to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. Additionally, you will lead OBRM development and provide solutions for complex business scenarios. Your role will also involve project management activities, where you will coordinate with partners for day-to-day operations and change management. You will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management for organizational initiatives, which may include new requirements, migration, and upgrades. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Experience in migration of BRM from legacy applications, upgrading BRM from version 7.5 to 12, and applying BRM patch-sets is essential. You should also have a strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and experience in developing reports. Your ability to anticipate potential technology issues and solve difficult technology-related challenges independently will be crucial. Demonstrated understanding of the business case and the ability to address trade-offs between business requirements, cost, and performance are key skills required for this position.
