Oracle ASCP

Role Overview: You will be focusing on Oracle EBS R12 specialization with expertise in Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Production Scheduling. Your role will involve configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle ASCP applications within the manufacturing context, requiring strong functional knowledge of Oracle ASCP, Production Scheduling, and related manufacturing modules. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and deploy Oracle ASCP applications within the Oracle EBS environment. - Gather business requirements, provide training, perform problem-solving, documentation, optimization, and engage with clients. - Understand and implement planning processes, including modelling the supply chain, plan creation and management, constraint planning, what-if analysis, and exception handling. - Manage production schedules, optimize resource utilization, plan materials, balance conflicting objectives, monitor inventory levels, coordinate with production teams, identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts, perform data analysis, improve delivery performance, reduce costs, and maximize throughput. - Lead and manage Oracle data conversion activities and migration from legacy systems to Oracle EBS. - Possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle ASCP, Production Scheduling, Inventory, Work in Progress (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), and other related modules. - Participate in project planning, implementation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support activities. - Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance on Oracle best practices. - Stay updated with the latest Oracle product releases and features to contribute to ongoing process improvement. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Oracle ASCP. - Strong expertise in Advanced Supply Chain Planning and Production Scheduling within a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 and related modules like Inventory, WIP, and BOM. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize production schedules. - Good communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively.
