Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a functional expert for Oracle SCM modules, primarily Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, and iProcurement
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend Oracle-based solutions
Manage system configurations, setups, and master data within the SCM modules
Prepare Functional Design Documents (MD50), test scripts (TE40), and solution design documentation
Work closely with technical teams to design and test customizations, extensions, and reports (MD70 review)
Lead and support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and upgrades in Oracle EBS R12
Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution for production incidents
Conduct user training sessions and UAT support for business stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical (Developers) for integrated process flows
Stay updated on Oracle patches, new features, and best practices within SCM
Location - Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram.
