Oracle 19c & PostgreSQL Database Administrator

As an experienced Database Administrator with 4-6 years of experience, your role will primarily involve handling Oracle 19c and PostgreSQL databases. You should have a minimum of 2 years of specific experience with PostgreSQL databases. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving live database systems issues. - Demonstrating knowledge of disaster recovery principles, including planning, testing, and backup/restore procedures. - Performing hands-on database administration, backup recovery, and troubleshooting in co-location environments. - Utilizing UNIX/Windows Administration skills and scripting for efficient database management. - Proficiency in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL for data manipulation and query optimization. - Experience with EXP/IMP, RMAN, Backups, Recovery, Datapump, ASM, Oracle RAC, and Data Guard. - Familiarity with Oracle 19c, including the Multi-Tenant Option for over 1 year. - Understanding the principles of Incident, Problem, and Change Management methodologies. - Managing multiple Oracle RDBMS instances across various versions and platforms effectively. - Collaboration within a team and with third-party environments, showcasing good interpersonal skills.
