We are looking for an Optometry Trainer to deliver high-quality training in refraction, dispensing,
and optical processes to Lenskart’s retail staff.
● Conduct training on refraction, dispensing, and optical techniques.
● Use role plays and innovative methods to improve learning effectiveness.
● Track trainee performance and provide timely feedback.
● Develop and update training content as per business needs.
● Visit stores for on-ground coaching, mock sessions, and skill assessments.
● Bachelor’s in Optometry (mandatory).
● 2–3 years of training experience; retail/optical background preferred.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Willingness to travel for store training.
