The ideal candidate should be able to conduct eye tests, prescribe lenses, and assist with accurate lens fitting and frame adjustments. 👁️ Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using optometry tools. Identify vision problems and prescribe suitable lenses or spectacles. Guide customers in selecting frames and lens types. Perform lens fitting, edging, and adjustments based on prescription. Ensure proper alignment and fitting of spectacles for customers. Educate patients on lens care and eye health. Maintain patient/customer records and assist in sales when needed. Handle minor repairs or adjustments to spectacles and frames. Work closely with the sales and service team to deliver excellent customer experience. ✅ Candidate Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Optometry or Certificate in Optical Technology. Basic knowledge of lens fitting and frame adjustment. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle eye testing equipment and optical tools.
