Role & responsibilities We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist to join our team at Titan Eye+ . The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting eye tests, prescribing lenses, and providing expert consultation on eyewear solutions. This role bridges clinical excellence with exceptional customer service in a retail setting. Clinical & Diagnostic Duties: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations including refraction, vision testing, and ocular health screening. Prescribe corrective lenses and provide contact lens fitting and guidance. Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions. Customer Experience: Explain eye conditions and prescriptions clearly to customers. Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on prescription, face shape, lifestyle, and budget. Offer after-sales support including minor adjustments and handling vision complaints Sales & Store Support: Work closely with the sales team to drive store revenue and conversions. Promote value-added lens coatings, premium products, and offers. Ensure cleanliness and calibration of diagnostic equipment. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution. Registered with the Optometry Council (as per local/state regulation). 03 years of relevant experience (Retail optometry experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of optical instruments and software. Customer-centric with good problem-solving abilities.
